Chef William and his team were absolutely wonderful! The food surpassed our expectations which added such a great experience for our guests for my boyfriend’s 40th birthday. Our experience with William was amazing. His professionalism, social ability and culinary expertise was spot on. William cooked for us twice here on the island of Rügen (north Germany). The first time the dinner was for a smaller group, and second time was for a larger group (+25 people).
