Five Course Asian Fusion Tasting Menu

Our Asian Fusion tasting menu weaves together the diverse culinary traditions of East and Southeast Asia with contemporary techniques. From the delicate flavors of Japan to the bold spices of Thailand, each course presents a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation.


This menu is served to a minimum of four guests, and is completely customizable to fit your needs.

FIRST

Sashimi Trio with Yuzu Ponzu

A delicate arrangement of premium-grade hamachi, salmon, and ahi tuna sashimi. Served with house-made yuzu ponzu, freshly grated wasabi, pickled ginger, and microgreens. Garnished with edible flowers and toasted sesame seeds.

SECOND

Crispy Duck Bao Buns

Steamed lotus buns filled with five-spice crispy duck, cucumber batons, and scallions. Dressed with hoisin sauce and sriracha aioli. Served with a side of quick-pickled daikon and carrots.

THIRD

Thai Coconut Soup

Aromatic lemongrass and galangal-infused coconut broth with wild-caught shrimp, straw mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes. Finished with fresh lime juice, nam prik chili oil, and Thai basil.

FOURTH

Korean-Inspired Short Ribs

Slow-braised beef short ribs glazed with gochujang and soy caramel. Served with kimchi fried rice, a 63u00b0C egg, and sesame-roasted baby bok choy. Garnished with crispy shallots and micro cilantro.

FIFTH

Black Sesame Panna Cotta

Silky black sesame panna cotta layered with matcha crumble and yuzu curd. Topped with fresh lychee, raspberry coulis, and a delicate sesame tuile. Served with house-made green tea ice cream.
