Five Course Summer Tasting Menu

Our five-course tasting menu is a love letter to the season, showcasing the best of what NYC has to offer during the warmer months. From refreshing salads bursting with local produce to iconic seafood dishes inspired by seaside dining, each course is a celebration of summer's bounty.

 

This menu is served to a minimum of four guests, and is completely customizable to fit your needs.

We proudly accommodate for vegetarian and vegan options.

FIRST

Watermelon Salad

A refreshing watermelon salad featuring juicy chunks of locally sourced watermelon, heirloom tomatoes, cucumber ribbons, and crumbled feta cheese. Tossed in a light vinaigrette with fresh mint and basil.

SECOND

Lobster Roll

A buttery toasted brioche bun and filled with succulent chunks of lobster meat, tossed in a light lemon aioli and sprinkled with chives. 

THIRD

Grilled Corn & Avocado Salad

 Sweet grilled corn kernels, creamy avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, and red onion are tossed in a cilantro lime dressing

FOURTH

Pan-Seared Sea Bass with Summer Succotash

Pan-seared sea bass fillet served atop a bed of summer succotash. Fresh corn, lima beans, cherry tomatoes, and sautéed bell peppers.

FIFTH

Strawberry Shortcake

Layers of tender sponge cake are stacked with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.
