Five Course Italian Classic Tasting Menu
Our Italian tasting menu celebrates the rich culinary traditions of Italy's diverse regions, from the alpine north to the sun-soaked south. Each course highlights the commitment to simplicity, seasonality, and quality ingredients that define authentic Italian cooking, offering a journey through the country's most beloved flavors and techniques.
This menu is served to a minimum of four guests, and is completely customizable to fit your needs.

FIRST
Antipasto Misto
A curated selection of Italian specialties featuring house-cured salumi, imported cheeses, marinated artichokes, roasted red peppers, and Castelvetrano olives. Served with freshly baked focaccia drizzled with extra virgin olive oil from Tuscany and aged balsamic vinegar from Modena.
SECOND
Risotto ai Funghi Porcini
Creamy Carnaroli rice slowly cooked with sautéed porcini mushrooms, white wine, and Parmigiano-Reggiano. Finished with a light drizzle of white truffle oil, fresh thyme, and shaved black truffles when in season. A celebration of northern Italian tradition and technique.
THIRD
Insalata Caprese Moderna
A modern interpretation of the classic Caprese, featuring heirloom tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, and basil three ways: fresh leaves, oil, and foam. Dressed with Ligurian olive oil, aged balsamic reduction, Maldon sea salt, and freshly cracked black pepper.
FOURTH
Osso Buco alla Milanese
Slow-braised veal shanks cooked to perfect tenderness in a rich sauce of white wine, San Marzano tomatoes, and aromatic vegetables. Served with traditional saffron risotto and gremolata (lemon zest, garlic, and parsley). A timeless dish from Lombardy showcasing traditional Italian slow-cooking.
FIFTH
Tiramisu Classico
Our chef's rendition of the beloved Italian dessert featuring layers of espresso-soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone cream infused with Marsala wine, and Dutch-processed cocoa powder. Served with a shot of house-made limoncello and amaretti cookies.
