Chaat Trio

A playful selection of street-food bites: aloo tikki topped with yogurt and tamarind chutney, pani puri with spiced potato and mint water, and bhel puri with puffed rice, vegetables, and chutneys.
SECOND

Tandoori Spiced Scallops

Seared jumbo scallops marinated in tandoori spices, served atop saffron cauliflower purée with curry leaf oil, with pickled fennel, mango relish, and crispy chickpea crackers.
THIRD

Kachumber Salad

Refreshing salad of diced cucumber, tomato, and red onion tossed in a cumin-lime dressing. Topped with avocado, sprouted moong beans, toasted cumin seeds, and fresh mint. Served with papadum crisps.
FOURTH

Lamb Rogan Josh

Slow-braised lamb shoulder in an aromatic sauce of Kashmiri chilies, ginger, and warm spices, served with saffron basmati rice, buttery naan bread, and seasonal vegetables cooked with cumin and mustard seeds.

Cardamom Kulfi with Rose Syrup

Indian ice cream infused with cardamom, topped with rose syrup and crushed pistachios, silver leaf. Served with saffron-poached pears and cookies.
