FIRST
Trio of Ceviches
A refreshing trio of ceviches: Peruvian sea bass with aji amarillo, Mexican shrimp with habanero and avocado, and Caribbean scallop with coconut and citrus. Served with plantain and malanga chips.
SECOND
Empanadas de Carne
Flaky pastry turnovers filled with spiced ground beef, olives, and hard-boiled eggs. Served with a bright chimichurri sauce and roasted red pepper coulis. Garnished with micro cilantro and pickled red onions.
THIRD
Elote Salad
Grilled sweet corn kernels tossed with arugula, cherry tomatoes, queso fresco, and diced avocado. Dressed with lime crema, ancho chili powder, and fresh cilantro. Served with crispy tortilla strips.
FOURTH
Brazilian Feijoada
Traditional black bean stew with slow-cooked pork shoulder, linguiƧa sausage, and smoked bacon. Served with orange segments, garlic rice, collard greens, and farofa. Garnished with fresh herbs and lime.
FIFTH
Tres Leches Cake
Vanilla sponge cake soaked in a blend of three milks, topped with cinnamon-spiced whipped cream and fresh seasonal berries. Served with dulce de leche sauce, candied pepitas, and an edible flower garnish.
