Five Course Latin American Tasting Menu

Our Latin American tasting menu celebrates the vibrant flavors and rich culinary traditions spanning from Mexico to Argentina. Each course showcases the region's diverse ingredients, bold spices, and time-honored techniques, inviting guests on a journey through the diverse landscapes and cultures of Latin America.


This menu is served to a minimum of four guests, and is completely customizable to fit your needs.

We proudly accommodate for vegetarian and vegan options.

FIRST

Trio of Ceviches

A refreshing selection of three distinctive ceviches: Peruvian-style sea bass with aji amarillo, Mexican-style shrimp with habanero and avocado, and Caribbean-style scallop with coconut and citrus. Served with plantain and malanga chips.

SECOND

Empanadas de Carne

Flaky pastry turnovers filled with spiced ground beef, olives, and hard-boiled eggs. Served with a bright chimichurri sauce and roasted red pepper coulis. Garnished with micro cilantro and pickled red onions.

THIRD

Elote Salad

Grilled sweet corn kernels tossed with arugula, cherry tomatoes, queso fresco, and diced avocado. Dressed with lime crema, ancho chili powder, and fresh cilantro. Served with crispy tortilla strips.

FOURTH

Brazilian Feijoada

Traditional black bean stew with slow-cooked pork shoulder, linguiu00e7a sausage, and smoked bacon. Served with orange segments, garlic rice, sauteed collard greens, and farofa. Garnished with fresh herbs and lime wedges.

FIFTH

Tres Leches Cake

Vanilla sponge cake soaked in a blend of three milks, topped with cinnamon-spiced whipped cream and fresh seasonal berries. Served with dulce de leche sauce, candied pepitas, and an edible flower garnish.
