Five Course French Classical Tasting Menu
Our French Classical tasting menu honors the timeless techniques and refined flavors that have defined haute cuisine for generations. Each meticulously crafted course celebrates the rich culinary heritage of France, from beloved bistro classics to elegant dishes worthy of the finest Parisian establishments.
This menu is served to a minimum of four guests, and is completely customizable to fit your needs.

FIRST
French Onion Soup
A classic caramelized onion soup simmered in rich veal stock and finished with Cognac. Topped with a toasted baguette crouton and melted Gruyère cheese. Garnished with fresh thyme and chives.
SECOND
Foie Gras Torchon
House-made foie gras torchon served with brioche toast points, cherry-port wine reduction, and pistachio crumble. Accompanied by frisée salad dressed in truffle vinaigrette and pickled mustard seeds.
THIRD
Salad Lyonnaise
Tender butter lettuce and frisée tossed in a sherry vinaigrette with lardons, croutons, and fines herbes. Topped with a perfectly poached farm egg and shaved radishes.
FOURTH
Coq au Vin
Classic Burgundian-style braised chicken with pearl onions, mushrooms, and lardons in a rich red wine sauce. Served with pommes purée, glazed baby carrots, and haricots verts. Finished with fresh parsley.
FIFTH
Crème Brûlée
Classic vanilla bean crème brûlée with a perfectly caramelized sugar crust. Served with fresh berries, Chantilly cream, and delicate langue de chat cookies dusted with powdered sugar.
